Guanaja Properties is one of the oldest firms providing a window into and offering real estate lots for sale on the Island of Guanaja, located in the Bay Islands of Honduras.

We have seen this island and the opportunities here flourish. We rent, sell, trade, build on and or develop real estate.We have a great deal of experience and would love to put that to work for you!(Actually, we don't usually have to work very hard to sell properties here because generally a look at these listings and they sell themselves!)

We provide other services as well, ranging from yard maintenance, housekeeping, provision of resident caretakers, acquisition and maintenance of goods, arrangement of boat purchases or repairs, and other services to make your life easier on the Island of Guanaja.

Our primary endeavor is to honestly assist you in your purchase of one of our island getaways. We love this Island and we know that you will love it too!
